MAN is a world leader in the production of marine and industrial diesel engines. MAN engines drive cars and locomotives, yachts and commercial vessels, generators and thermal power plants, construction and agricultural machinery.
Certified technical personnel of the company have qualified training and experience in servicing and repairing engines and are able to competently and competently serve an extensive range of all manufactured modifications of MAN engines: D2840, D2842, D2848, D2862, D2866, D2876, R6, V8, V12.
Four-stroke medium-speed diesels - the optimal combination of power and speed. They are ideal for ferries, freight, merchant, passenger, cruise and large multipurpose ships.
MAN marine low-speed two-stroke engines have been the main driving force for many years for bulk carriers, tankers and bulk carriers of all power ranges, regardless of size.
To carry out diagnostic and repair work, on-site specialists are formed on-site facilities or on board the vessel. Repair teams are equipped with sets of measuring and repair tools and special devices that provide high-quality and high-performance work on disassembling a diesel engine, troubleshooting parts, its repair and assembly.

I AM RUNNING 2 No MAN DEILSEL MARINE ENGINES IN MY SAFARI BOAT IN EGYPT
THE ENGINES ARE FANTASTIC MACHINES BUT I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE SEA WATER COOLING PUMPS
THE RUBBER IMPELLORS AVAILLABLE IN EGYPT ARE POOR QUALITY AND SELF DISTRUCT OFTEN IN A MATTER OF WEEKS OR DAYS
I AM CONSIDERING INSTALLING ELECTRIC PUMPS TO REPLACE THE IMPELLORS SYSTEM
COULD YOU TELL ME HOW MANY LITERS PER MINUTE I REQUIRE TO COOL THE ENGINES ALSO PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SEA TEMPERATURES CAN REACH 30 DEG C

Can i get a List of Fault Codes for Man Marine D2840LE423 ??
My issue is low throttle with or without load.
max throttle is 680.
Display screen Good Engine RAL Load% =13%
Display screen Bad Engine RAL Load % =33%
What does this mean/what is the solution ??
